Born and raised in Billings, Ken comes from a background in business consulting, helping small to medium-sized businesses with strategic planning and budgeting. He was a board member for a year before moving into the executive director role. Like most of Billings, he saw a rise in homelessness and wanted to be a part of the solution. Since taking on the position, he's seen the vast number of reasons and ways people end up on the streets. "There are as many stories as there are homeless people," he says. He knows the challenge now is to help lead a non-profit that prides itself on evolving with every story. "I believe we are called to love, help, and serve all of our neighbors. Off the Streets is how I can do my part,"Ken says. In his off time, he loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Julie, or keeping tabs on his adult children, Calvin and Ellie. He's an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and hasn't met a sport he didn't enjoy watching.
